The Wine Access Monthly clubs are a little restrictive in the customization department (it's why they didn't get a higher rating). This club only comes with 4 bottles a month (3 red, 1 white). You can choose monthly or bi-monthly shipments though.
We still think this is a great club that you should seriously consider though, and here's why:
1) Wine Access is a wine store that focuses on hard-to-find wines. They don't even carry it if they don't think it has major selling power.
2) Wine Access is a big online wine store with huge distribution capabilities. This gives them access to even better wines at better prices. They have some of the best wines around and offer excellent prices.
3) If you reorder, you get 20% off plus free-shipping. If you love your wine shipment, this is a big savings.
4) LOVE THIS! They ship in summer months but they pick up the cost of faster delivery AND provide a cooled package to keep the wine at a good temperature.
5) Since they're primarily a wine store, they offer this great Cellar tracking feature. You can log in and rate the wines you've drank (especially the ones they've sent you). This enables you to easily find new wines on your own, too.
