With a top-notch selection program and outstanding prices, this two-bottle wine club offers a New York spin on wine to people living around the country.
We're especially enamored with the NYC Wine Report and how many times lists of wines are culled down before each monthly selection is determined.
The only thing missing from this club is discounts on reorders. Most other two-bottle wine clubs offer this and we think it should be an option here, too.
When we first came across this club, we were instantly delighted. Then when we dug in deeper we found more reasons to love this club.
We like the unique option to choose Red Only, White Only, or Seasonal Selection (you'll get more whites in the summer, more reds in the winter).
We like how the wines are selected, that we know some of these wines, and the ones we know are of a good quality being offered at a very fair price.
Better still, if you're ordering a pre-paid subscription, they offer price breaks for longer-term subscriptions drastically improving the value you get for your money.
If you live in Manhattan, or are buying a gift for someone who lives in Manhattan, this club is a no-brainer since they offer free delivery for Manahttan! They also have shipping options for the rest of us (not stuck with one choice).
