Not all wine clubs are created equal and at Decanted we strive to give you only the best of the best in wine. But who are we to tell you what you like? That's why we offer a club for every palate—and budget—to help you enjoy only your favorite wines.

By signing up for a Decanted Wine Club, you are authorizing us to automatically charge your credit card for your quarterly wine shipment. Changes and cancellations to Wine Clubs can be made by contacting us. Changes must be submitted two weeks prior to the next club shipment.

Why join this club?
At Decanted, we taste every wine and beer before putting it on our shelves or in your hands. The products we sell are of the highest quality, no matter the price point. Our Wine & Beer clubs allow us to use a larger purchasing power to get the most premium products at an extremely reasonable price. Our clubs include highly allocated and rare beers and wines, new releases, and products that are exclusive to our members.

What's the difference between Grand Cru & Premier Cru? How do I choose?
Grand Cru & Premier Cru are our two classifications for our Wine Clubs. The two classifications are based on price. Grand Cru wines are usually $25 - $50 per bottle (before the club discount), except the Connoisseur's Club which are usually $50-100 retail per bottle. Premier Cru bottle prices are typically double.

When deciding on the two levels, we suggest you think about your use of this club. Are you planning on drinking all of the selections, or cellaring some for collection? We recommended the Grand Cru level if you do not plan on storing some of your selections. Most Premier Cru wines would do well with a bit of aging and are selected from the top vineyards and producers across the world.

I can't figure out how to select whites/reds, styles, other features I want.
Not to worry. We always send a confirmation to new wine/beer club members within 24 hours of registration confirming all the details you have selected. If you need make changes after registration we can coordinate it at that time. Credit cards are not charged until the first shipment of your club.

What kind of wines/beer can I expect with my shipment?
Wines and beers that your receive will vary between each of the individual clubs. We select our club wine/beer from our highest quality products that can include highly allocated, highly rated wines and beers that may never hit our shelves. Members can expect to be the first to receive new releases, seasonal products and special blends. Additionally, all club products are automatically discounted off our retail prices.

When do I receive my shipment?
Each club shipment leaves our warehouse the first Monday of the month. The time it takes to reach your location varies depending on a variety of factors, but generally will arrive to approximately in four days or less. All shipments are run through Fedex. Shipments are scheduled quarterly in January, April, July, and October.

Is shipping included in my club price?
Shipping is not included in wine club prices, but is included in beer club prices.

Why the difference?

Our Fedex shipping software estimates shipping costs based on weights of wine bottles. In order to avoid over charging our beer customers on shipping, we include the cost (which we have had previously quoted by Fedex) in the cost of the membership.

The website won't let me ship to my address.
Unfortunately, due to complex shipping laws between states we are unable to ship to all 50 states at this time. However, we are able to ship to the majority of the states. Near the top of this page you'll see which states we can ship to.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your location in the country. In general, we do not see a shipment of six bottles of wine higher than $30. (Note from WineClubReviews.net... at last check, to ship six bottles on the Decanted Wine website to Southern California was approximately $18). To obtain an accurate quote, you can use our shipping estimate tool by adding any six bottles of wine to your cart and entering your zip code. You do not need to complete check out to obtain a shipping quote.

When will my credit card be charged?
All club credit cards are charged the first Monday of the shipment month, the same day orders are shipped.

Do I have to pay tax if I live out of state?
Any shipments that are being delivered out of the state of Florida are tax exempt.

How do I change my club selection or address?
Club membership selection and personal information can be changed by contacting us. Once you register for a club membership you will receive a welcome package with this and all other pertinent club details.

What is the cancellation policy?
All club memberships can be changed or cancelled up to 14 days before the next shipment is sent. Each shipment is sent the first month of each quarter month. Changes and cancellations sent after the 14 day period will be applied to the next quarter.
